Our remedial massage therapists use soft tissue massage, stretching and mobilisation to improve function and pain in the muscular system.

Remedial massage therapy is a hands on approach for the assessment and treatment of soft tissue and muscle complaints.

Remedial massage focuses on correcting dysfunctions of the soft tissues of the body muscles and other tissues.

This occurs through elongation or lengthening of soft tissue where they are tight (muscles and other connective tissue), and activation and strengthening of other connective soft tissue structures that have become less active.

When postural postural changes occur due to decreased activity and muscle tightening, remedial massage assessment and treatment clients become aware of how their bodies are functioning and how we can correct any dysfunction by using massage and movement.
