Meaghan has extensive experience working in elite sport, with more than a decade working across AFL, VFL, AFLW and TAC Cup competitions, as well as treating international track cyclists. Passionate about preventative health and well-being, Meaghan is a qualified Pilates instructor. She leads classes at our studio and finds it beneficial to incorporate this in her treatment approach, helping patients improve their strength and move with greater confidence. Meaghan is completing further training in the assessment and treatment of breathing mechanics and respiratory conditions. She has a keen interest in helping patients optimise their breathing patterns so they can stay active and doing what they love. Away from work Meaghan loves gardening and enjoys getting tips from her green-thumb patients while helping them stay injury-free to spend more time in their gardens.

Teneille is a passionate osteopath with nearly twenty years of clinical experience. She completed her Master of Osteopathy at RMIT University in 2007 and has worked across several multidisciplinary clinics in Melbourne before settling near the Bellarine. She has a particular interest in treating headaches, neck and jaw pain and postural problems, as well as women's heath from pregnancy-related discomfort, through to pelvic pain. Teneille takes a holistic approach, looking beyond symptoms to their underlying causes and combines hands-on treatment, education and personalised exercise to help patients achieve lasting relief. At the heart of her practice is a belief in the body's own capacity to heal. She sees her role as giving people the time and attention to be truly heard and the space to heal and feel like themselves again.

Initially, Candice was drawn to osteopathy as she had a keen interest in learning about human anatomy and physiology. This passion, through osteopathy was an introduction to the joy of caring for the person as a whole and having a patient-centred approach to treatment. Candice enjoys treating patients whether they are acute or chronic with a plan to achieve results and set achievable goals. Areas that are of interest include postural strain, arthritic pain, restrictive back pain and headaches. Recently, she has broadened her interest area in the field of nutrition and lifestyle medicine and hopes to further assist patients with chronic pain through treatment and management goals. Candice finds many of her treatments include a variety of techniques and involve soft tissue, stretching, articulation, dry needling and manipulation when appropriate. Outside of work, her interests involve setting off on caravan adventures with her family and exploring beaches, seeking walking trails and enjoying the outdoors.

Olivia is passionate about helping people move with confidence by combining hands-on treatment, therapeutic movement and education to support long-term health. She provides remedial massage therapy for our patients and is studying myotherapy to further her education in this field. You'll also find Olivia in our studio teaching mat and reformer Pilates classes, as well as instructing clients through individualised clinical Pilates programs to help them achieve their movement goals. She loves joining in our studio challenges so don't be surprised if she's wearing a costume when she teaches your class!

Heidi loves being outdoors, a former runner, now cyclist, she just loves all things sporty and active.
